Eka Jaya fast boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan with three daily transfers from Padangbai harbor and one daily transfer in Bali. In regular conditions, the trip takes roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes. The ticket covers free pickup and drop off between hotels and harbors in Bali (for selected places), but NOT in Gili Trawangan. Hotels on Gili Trawangan can be reached by foot or by hiring a Cidomo (horse cart) and a bike.

Fast boats are run by Golden Queen from Bali to Senggigi, Gili Trawangan, and Gili Air. There is currently daily transportation from Bali to Nusa Penida and from Nusa Penida to Gili Trawangans.

You will have a comfortable voyage thanks to the spacious sun deck and cozy air-conditioned lower seating, which are all outfitted with the best safety features.

Additionally, the Golden Queen fast boat offers a free shuttle service to and from the areas of Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Canggu Club, and Denpasar. With enough for 75 passengers, the boat is sizable. Large sundecks are also present on the boat’s roof.

To ensure there are no passengers who miss out the boat, golden queen boat provides free shuttle service between hotels and harbor for certain area. The area for free shutlle service are Sanur, Kuta, Jimbaran ( Mc Donalds Jimbaran ), Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Ubud (Ubud Center Only).

If your hotel is located in the outside of this area, you can use this shuttle service with an additional charge depending on your locations.

Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg. If loading is available then excess luggage will be carried at the company’s standard rates, or may be stored at the company’s office in Bali if space is available. The company reserves the right to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

Stopover in Padang Bai and Lembongan is generally 10 – 20 minutes.

Last Check In time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers arriving after this time may be deemed as “no show”.

Hotel pick up time is approx 1 hour before departure time for Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Sanur for Serangan departure. For Padang Bai departures, pick up from Ubud is approx 2 hours before.

Without giving a justification, the firm retains the right to refuse to transport any person or item. The passenger agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Indonesia with respect to this contract. Only a written amendment to this agreement between the company and the passenger may change its terms. Booking agents and clerks are not authorized to honor verbal promises.

Road transportation, whether paid or included in ticket price, is provided to / from one specific address in designated areas of Bali. This address must be specified at the time of booking, and may only be changed minimum 24 hours prior to departure. Our drivers are under strict instructions to refuse to take passengers to more than one location (ie : they will not drive around trying to find a hotel if the passenger has not specified and address!).

We reserve the right to modify trips in the interests of customer comfort and safety.

Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and should be made 2 x 24 hours prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 x 24 hours prior to guest departure for high season (June 1 – September 30 & December 20 – January 5).

The business retains the right to modify the service in any way without incurring any duty to the passenger. If the service is canceled or delayed, the company won’t be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or harm. In the event of cancellations or delays, the firm disclaims all responsibility for the cost of accommodations or any alternate modes of transportation. The passenger shall be solely liable and responsible for any resulting additional costs. The business maintains the right to reschedule or cancel a reservation at any time prior to inclement weather or other unforeseeable, unavoidable safety-related circumstances.
