In the event of a substitute, cancellation, or delay of the trip, Rocky Fast Boats shall not be held responsible in any manner for the price of lodging or for the cost of any alternate mode of transportation. Passengers will be solely liable for any additional costs that result from this.

Changes to reservations must be done 2 days before departure for low season and 4 days before departure for high season, depending on seat availability (June, July, August, December and January).

Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 30 Kg. Rocky Fast Boats reserves the rights to check contents of any baggage and to refuse baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit in between the islands

Cancellation trips by Rocky Fast Boats :

In the event of a trip cancelled by Rocky Fast Boats because of a major problem on the vessel, The Company shall refund any funds that had been paid by the passengers directly to the company only, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf.

The passengers are responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents, which have not yet been paid to Rocky Fast Boats

Cancellation trip by Passengers :

Full seat payment will be charged for any Late Arrive or No Show Guests. Each booked ticket is treated as a single fare and cannot be separated/split into individual journeys/trips.

In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passengers, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellation more than 2 weeks of travel : full refund ticket.
Cancellation between 48 hours – 2 weeks: 50% Refund ticket.
Cancellation less than 48 hours: NO REFUND

Rocky Fast Boats will not give any refund to the passengers, In the event of a trip cancelled by The Company for Sailing Ban on Bad Weather Condition warn by the Indonesian Government or Harbor Master in charges.

Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 2 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 4 days prior to guest departure for the high season (June, July, August, December, and January).

Golden Queen Fast Boat may not provide a refund to a passenger in the event that a trip is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions or by the direction of the Indonesian Government or relevant Harbor Master. The passenger will be given every opportunity to re-schedule with Golden Queen Fast Boat at a later date, and all tickets issued are valid for 12 months.

In the event the passenger cannot re-schedule, then Golden Queen Fast Boat reserves the right to offer a refund. No refunds will be given for an Open Ticket due to limited seat availability.

Bank processing fees will be charged for all payments made via Credit card (3%), Debit Card (3%), Transfer Bank Correspondence fee, PayPal payment Charge Fee.

Please note that fast boat transfers with Golden Queen Fast Boat are NOT suitable for the following guests:

Pregnant woman
Guests suffering from heart conditions
Guests suffering serious back complaints or
Guests suffering from any serious physical impairments

Should any guests still decide to travel by Golden Queen Fast Boat, they will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to departure releasing Golden Queen Fast Boat and its staff & agents from any legal action.

Cancellation trip by Passengers :

The passenger will be charged in full for any late arrival or no show on the day of the trip. In the event of a booking being canceled by the passenger, Golden Queen Fast Boat reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellation of more than 2 weeks of travel: full refund ticket.
Cancellation between 48 hours – 2 weeks: 50% refund ticket.
Cancellation less than 48 hours: NO REFUND
