One Day Trip Pink Beach Lombok

With this full-day tour of various traditional communities, learn about daily life in Sasak villages. To properly unwind and experience Lombok, you will also go to two gorgeous beaches.

You’ll start your journey of the most ingrained culture on the Indonesian island of Lombok after being picked up from your hotel. According to popular belief, the indigenous Sasak people are derived from a long-gone Malay civilization that inhabited the island more than 2000 years ago.

You’ll go to various Sasak villages to learn more about these people and their interesting culture while also getting a taste of everyday life there. Prior to reaching Banyumulek, known for its ceramics, you will first make a stop at Ampenan, a former fishing village. The process of creating ceramics can be learned right here. Additionally, you’ll get to go to Sukara, where you’ll have the opportunity to see local weavers creating gorgeously coloured fabrics using a time-honoured technique.

You will leave Sukara and travel to Sade to see a typical residence. During your tour, you’ll learn that the Sasak people live and build their homes out of natural resources like straw, bamboo, and others. You’ll get a true sense of timelessness as you explore these many lively villages and interact with the locals who continue to live there much as their predecessors did centuries ago.

Your day tour will be completed with a visit to Kuta Lombok and Tanjung Aan, two of Lombok’s beautiful beaches, where you may relax and take in the breath-taking scenery of the island.
